The Account Executive is responsible for driving business growth by acquiring new clients and strengthening existing relationships through daily load execution. With a strong understanding of the supply chain, you’ll deliver tailored solutions that meet each client's unique needs. This role involves managing complex sales cycles and offering customized, high-value services to small and mid-sized businesses, with an emphasis on transactional freight opportunities. It’s a dynamic, consultative sales position where your expertise will directly impact your success and fuel Ally’s continued growth.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop and manage your own book of business, acting as an entrepreneur within the organization.
Make daily outbound calls to customers and follow up on potential business opportunities.
Coordinate with the Operations team to track shipments and ensure timely delivery.
Provide accurate and competitive quotes to customers, keeping them informed with up-to-date information.
Contribute to the growth and development of new business opportunities.
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers.
Collaborate effectively with team members in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
COMPENSATION & OTE This role is offered a competitive base salary with uncapped commission earnings.
First year OTE (on-target-earnings): $100,000
