Job Title: Emergency Department Director
Location: Great Falls, MT
Employment Type: Permanent, Full-Time
Shift: Days, Full-Time (some evening, night, and weekend coverage may be required).
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the operations of the Emergency Department, ensuring compliance with all regulatory standards. Manage and mentor a team of approximately 19 FTEs, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment. Ensure high-quality patient care by implementing best practices and monitoring outcomes. Collaborate with the CNO and other leaders to develop and achieve departmental goals. Provide coverage during staffing shortages, including nights and weekends as needed. Monitor and manage the department’s budget and resources effectively. Qualifications:
Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Emergency Room RN. Leadership or management experience (required). Licenses/Certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS, TNCC, and ENPC (required). Seniority level
