Bookkeeping Manager
Position Overview: The Bookkeeping Manager will oversee the bookkeeping department, ensuring accurate financial records, efficient processes, and compliance with relevant regulations. This role is pivotal in maintaining financial integrity and providing support for financial reporting and analysis.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise and manage the bookkeeping team, providing guidance and support.
Ensure accurate and timely processing of financial transactions and preparation of financial statements.
Develop and implement bookkeeping policies and procedures to enhance efficiency.
Coordinate with external auditors for annual audits and compliance reviews.
Prepare and analyze financial reports for management and stakeholders.
Monitor and reconcile bank statements and account balances.
Manage budgeting and forecasting processes in collaboration with finance team.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation preferred.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in bookkeeping or accounting roles.
Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting standards.
Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
