Position Summary The Regional Fleet Specialist is responsible for driving accountability, promoting compliance with fleet policies, and ensuring timely resolution of exceptions through effective coordination and communication. This role also serves as a key escalation point for fleet-related service issues, partnering closely with field leaders, drivers, and regional contacts at the fleet management company (FMC).

Key Responsibilities

Act as a primary escalation contact for fleet service concerns (e.g., fuel, maintenance, roadside assistance, registration), ensuring issues are routed appropriately to the FMC for resolution.

Partner with regional FMC associates to monitor service delivery and follow up on outstanding or exception cases.

Engage directly with field leaders and drivers to reinforce compliance with fleet policies and elevate non‑compliance when necessary.

Track and report on exception trends, identifying opportunities for process improvement and proactive intervention.

Maintain and contribute to fleet knowledge resources to support education and awareness across the field.

Drive SLAs/KPIs to operational excellence and customer satisfaction.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.

2+ years of experience in customer service, fleet operations, or a related field.

Strong communication, organizational, change management, and problem‑solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience working in fleet operations or with field‑based teams.

Familiarity with exception reporting and escalation workflows.

Understanding of fleet compliance standards and service coordination.

Location and Travel

Preferred location is Milwaukee, WI

Candidates not in Milwaukee will be considered but must be able to work in a local office

Minimal Travel (1‑2 times/quarter)

HIRING SALARY RANGE: $67,900-84,000 (Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, location and alignment with market data).
