Base Pay Range $21.15/hr – $27.90/hr
Summary The Corporate Partnership Senior Specialist plays a key role in managing and strengthening corporate partnerships across the New England Patriots, New England Revolution, Gillette Stadium, and Patriot Place. This position requires expertise in sports and entertainment sponsorships, account management, and the execution of sponsor activations and programs. The ideal candidate will cultivate strong relationships with corporate partners, ensure contractual deliverables are met, and provide strategic insights to enhance sponsorship value.
Duties and Responsibilities
Serve as the primary account executive for corporate partners, working closely to align sponsorships with their business objectives, identify value‑added opportunities, and develop long‑term relationships.
Collaborate with internal departments to plan, manage, and execute partnership activations, ensuring seamless delivery of sponsor commitments.
Develop and enhance partnership management tools while optimizing the onboarding process for new corporate partners.
Build and maintain strong external relationships with key corporate contacts across various levels and functions to drive partnership success.
Leverage qualitative and quantitative data to optimize sponsorship activation strategies and measure effectiveness.
Create and present detailed partnership recaps and reports to ensure all deliverables are met and to satisfy external audits.
Conduct research and provide insights on partner companies to internal stakeholders, supporting future sponsorship strategy decisions.
Perform special projects and assignments as business dictates.
Supervisory Responsibilities This position has no supervisory responsibilities.
Skills and Qualifications
Bachelor's degree required.
4‑6 years of experience in sports sponsorship account management.
Outstanding writing, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with advanced skills in PowerPoint and Photoshop.
Ability to analyze data and provide strategic insights to enhance sponsorship performance.
Highly detail‑oriented, organized, and results‑driven.
Self‑motivated with the ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
