Nature of Work:

The

Partnership Activation Specialist

is a key member of the Partnerships team, supporting the planning, execution, and delivery of brand partner activations across the club's partnership portfolio. This role works closely with internal departments and external partners to ensure activations are executed smoothly, on time, and in alignment with contractual obligations and strategic goals. The Activation Specialist will manage day-to-day activation details, serve as a liaison between departments, and help bring partner ideas to life across game day, digital, experiential, and community initiatives.

Examples of work performed: Lead the development and execution of assigned partnership activation plans, ensuring all deliverables align with partner agreements, strategic goals, and internal standards. Serve as the primary day-to-day account manager for a portfolio of partners, managing timelines, assets, budgets, and all communication streams. Independently manage cross-functional collaboration with internal teams (Marketing, Creative, Operations, Events) to ensure seamless and high-quality activation delivery. Oversee asset tracking, approval processes, and fulfillment across in-venue, broadcast-visible, and digital platforms, ensuring compliance and accuracy. Proactively manage activation calendars, timelines, and internal workflows to ensure all deadlines and milestones are met. Lead game-day activations, events, promotions, and experiential marketing efforts for assigned partners from conception through execution. Design and compile comprehensive post-activation recaps, documentation, and performance summaries to support partner reporting, value analysis, and renewal discussions. Strategically identify and propose opportunities to enhance partner visibility, engagement, and value through creative execution and operational improvements. Maintain exceptional communication internally and externally to ensure successful execution and foster strong, long-term partner relationships. Represent Denver Summit FC professionally across all partner, league, and community interactions. This description is a summary only and highlights the general level of work being performed. Minimum:

Bachelor's Degree in Business, Sports Management, Marketing, Communications, or related field 1-3 years of experience in partnerships, marketing, events, or activation support (sports or entertainment preferred) Strong organizational and project management skills with attention to detail Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Excellent written and verbal communication skills Comfort working cross-departmentally and building collaborative relationships Proficiency in Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace; experience with CRM platforms a plus Applicants must meet minimum qualifications at the time of hire.

Preferred:

Experience supporting brand partnerships or sponsorship activations Interest in women's sports and community-driven partnerships Game-day or live event experience Ability to acquire or produce and maintain a valid driver's license and meet company vehicle driving standards.

Base salary range $55,000 - $58,000 per annum Eligible for annual discretionary bonus Benefits Include:
