Key Responsibilities
Oversee financial reporting for 5–6 housing communities, ensuring accuracy and compliance with GAAP.
Complete month‑end close, journal entries, and account reconciliations.
Prepare budgets, analyze financial data, and provide actionable insights to leadership.
Collaborate with operations teams to support decision‑making and improve processes.
Serve as the Yardi expert, ensuring system accuracy and efficiency.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of full‑cycle accounting experience.
Strong proficiency in Yardi and solid understanding of GAAP principles.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
