Immigration Paralegal (Business Immigration Focus) – Atlanta, GA
Clark Hill is seeking an experienced immigration paralegal with at least 5 years of practice, prior business immigration experience and strong PERM knowledge.
Responsibilities
include preparing filings with USCIS and other agencies, communicating with attorneys and clients, completing forms, gathering facts and evidence to support applications, and supporting a fast‑paced practice.
Qualifications :
5+ years of immigration paralegal experience, preferably business immigration & PERM
Excellent computer skills, high‑level attention to detail, superior written & oral communication
Strong PERM experience required; experience using Microsoft Office and INSZoom preferred
Bachelor’s degree or paralegal certificate considered
Compensation
is $30.29–$34.94 per hour (full time) with an annual discretionary bonus. Benefits include health, dental, vision, HSA/FSA, disability, 401(k), vacation, sick time, parking/public transportation allowance, and an employee assistance program.
