Overview
Clark Hill PLC is seeking a paralegal with at least 4+ years of experience to join the Immigration business unit in the Washington, D.C. office. Ideal candidates will have prior business immigration experience. Responsibilities
Prepare filings with U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Service (USCIS) and other government agencies. Communicate with attorneys and clients. Complete forms and gather facts and evidence to support our clients’ applications. Stay organized and multi-task in a fast-paced environment. Collaborate with team members to support immigration matters, including strong PERM experience. Qualifications
Strong PERM experience is required. Excellent computer skills and high-level attention to detail. Superior written and oral communication skills. Experience using Microsoft Office products; INSZoom is preferred. Ability to stay organized and multi-task in a fast-paced environment. Candidate must have a Bachelor’s Degree or a Paralegal Certificate (or equivalent). Compensation and Benefits
The salary range at the time of posting is $31.01 - $40.00/hour, based upon a full-time schedule. Actual compensation will be influenced by factors including qualifications, experience, skill sets, training, internal equity, and market data. This position is eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
