Senior RV Resort Manager

who has the right balance of management and sales skills and a knack for great customer service. You will oversee and direct daily property management operations for our RV Resorts. This role is guest-service oriented, with a focus on short-term resort traffic, and includes sales and marketing duties to maximize occupancy. OVERVIEW As a Sr. RV Resort Manager, you will be responsible for operational aspects and the profitability of your resort community, serving as the primary contact for visitors and residents. You will be on-call 24/7, managing administrative activities, marketing, property maintenance, human resources, leasing, home sales, and guest and resident relations. Ensuring a positive atmosphere and responsive service will lead to satisfied guests, long-term residents, and positive word-of-mouth referrals. JOB DUTIES Respond to guest and resident inquiries Serve as the direct contact for Sun’s customers/residents Collaborate with marketing to increase reservations and promote the Sun RV Resorts brand Provide high-quality service consistent with Sun’s Customer Service philosophy Handle and resolve guest and resident complaints Coordinate staff selection, training, and development, ensuring policy compliance Work with Regional Vice President to address operational or guest satisfaction issues Enforce resort rules and standards Monitor monthly budgets and explain P&L variances Assist in preparing the annual operating budget Ensure compliance with fair housing laws and resort regulations Market park models and homes for sale, and handle related documentation Oversee capital improvements REQUIREMENTS High School Diploma or GED At least 4 years of property management/resort experience, including 2 years supervisory Sales and leasing experience preferred Knowledge of property maintenance Strong negotiation skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Basic accounting knowledge Understanding of fair housing and employment laws Proficiency with email, internet, Microsoft Office; experience with Yardi or RMS preferred Flexibility for non-business hours On-site residence (housing provided) REWARDING BENEFITS
