Job Overview We have a vacancy for a motivated professional to join our Belgium Anaesthesia Care sales team to contribute to the continued success of our growing global business.

As a Product Specialist Anaesthesia, you will promote and sell our dedicated solutions for use in hospital operating rooms and procedural areas in the assigned territory. You will become a trusted clinical advisor providing education and technical support to anaesthesiologists, physician specialists, and other healthcare professionals.

You will work in partnership with our current sales team that sell into the hospitals and acute care markets to develop pathways leading to successful sales outcomes. This will be achieved through effective sales strategies and techniques, customer education and regular marketing presentations. Effective territory management, self‑motivation and planning are vital.

Responsibilities

Develop sales and territory management plans with the sales manager to achieve maximum market impact and meet or exceed sales targets

Develop, cultivate, and maintain relationships with customers and strategic partners within the territory

Identify potential hospitals and surgery centers through lead generation and strategic prospecting

Conduct customer visits to introduce FPH hospital products, therapy approaches, and their benefits

Serve as the product expert, providing in‑serving and education to anaesthesiologists, physician specialists, and other healthcare professionals

Install and execute evaluations of FPH hospital products in the operating room and procedural suites with post‑sales education and support

Maintain and grow existing accounts while securing new business opportunities

Disciplined use of CRM/Salesforce to track opportunities, sales and monitor results

Attend trade shows and conventions to provide information and education on FPH hospital products

Education and Experience Requirements

A medical, nursing, or technical background is an advantage (valuable some sales experience) and a strong desire to enter a sales environment.

3-4 years sales/specialist experience and can grasp and explain technical and clinical concepts in anaesthesia/OR/NORA/PACU or equivalent combination of education and experience. Either way, we will provide you with the knowledge and skills needed to succeed in this role.

Fluency in Dutch and English is mandatory, and proficiency in French is considered a strong asset.

In addition, you have excellent communication skills and the ability to influence a wide range of people.

Strong planning, organizational, and problem‑solving skills

Ability to evaluate business opportunities, set priorities, and manage a large territory

Belgian Driver’s License
