Optomi, part of the Optomi Professional Services family of brands, has launched a new program called the Acadomi, which allows recent college graduates to jump‑start their careers in the IT staffing industry.

Through the Acadomi, starting May 26th, 2026, we are growing our organization and offering hands‑on training, mentorships, and growth opportunities within our company. Recent graduates will work full‑time with seasoned recruiters and account executives to build a foundation in the IT industry—from best recruiting practices to account management. After completing the program, you will begin your career in either our Atlanta, Charlotte, DC, Detroit, or Dallas office.

Responsibilities

Participate in an informative 2‑month training program (Start Date: May 26th, 2026) with experienced recruiters and account executives to boost your career in IT recruiting.

Work closely with a team lead to perfect your skills in sourcing, interviewing, and submitting candidates.

Gain experience cold calling, interacting, and prospecting new business.

Develop a foundation in Optomi’s recruiting and sales process to eventually move into an account executive role.

What does an Account Executive do for Optomi?

Connect with clients and companies in the market to learn about their business needs and challenges through phone calls, in‑person meetings, coffees, lunches, etc.

Develop strong partnerships with key clients by informing them who Optomi is and how we can be an ideal partner for their business needs.

Serve as the point‑of‑contact for all hiring needs between the client and recruiting team (interview feedback, updates, coordination, etc.).

Maintain and constantly develop your own book of business through excellent written and verbal communication with clients.

Basic Requirements Desired Skills and Experience:

0–1 years of professional experience – training provided!

Drive and determination to succeed.

Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced and innovative environment.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to develop strong and genuine relationships with customers and consultants.

MacBook Pro or MacBook Air computers.

Ability to be part of a fundamental change in the staffing industry.
