Position Overview Sales Representative, Off‑Premise for the Greater New Orleans territory. Full‑time role with a competitive compensation package: 100% commission plus eligible sales incentives.
Responsibilities
Account Management
Build and maintain strong relationships with retail and off‑premise accounts.
Conduct regular visits to ensure compliance with merchandising standards and optimal product placement.
Execute brand programs, promotions, and planograms in alignment with company initiatives.
Present and secure placement of new items, rotate stock, and ensure accurate tagging and effective use of POS materials.
Negotiate for additional shelf space and store‑level promotions (e.g., flyers, endcaps).
Collect and process replenishment orders as needed.
Audit accounts, resolve issues promptly, and ensure high service levels.
Support special projects for regional chains and distributor partners.
Travel daily within assigned territory.
Sales Execution
Take and process orders at the point of sale using an iPad system.
Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals.
Drive incremental sales by introducing new products and securing trial placements.
Monitor inventory levels, recommend timely reorders, and prevent out‑of‑stock situations.
Merchandising & Marketing
Ensure product displays and shelves meet company and retailer visual standards.
Install and maintain displays, signage, and promotional programs, including tastings.
Educate retail staff on product knowledge and brand benefits to increase in‑store sell‑through.
Reporting & Administration
Accurately complete all reports, documentation, and POS tracking requirements.
Record sales activities, monitor market trends, and track competitor activity.
Provide actionable insights and feedback to management regarding customer needs and opportunities.
Demonstrate strong organizational skills to manage multiple accounts and priorities effectively.

Qualifications
Knowledge of the industry preferred.
Proven track record in achieving sales goals and executing market programs that support corporate initiatives.
Strong PC application skills in Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to manage multiple projects effectively and professionally.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to interact across teams in a fast‑paced environment.
Must be proactive, resourceful, and efficient.
This position requires attendance at local meetings, local travel and occasional out‑of‑town travel.
21 years or older, High School Diploma or GED.
Hold a valid and current driver’s license within MVR policy guidelines throughout employment.
Ensure reliable, insured transportation, in accordance with company policy.
The policy must include the following minimum coverage: $100,000 for bodily injury, $300,000 for liability, and $50,000 for property damage.
Must be able to pass a background and drug screening for hire and randomly throughout employment.
