Role Overview As a Craniomaxillofacial (CMF) Sales Representative, you will strategically promote and sell Stryker CMF products to meet customer needs, conduct product evaluations, demonstrate value, track territory progress, communicate wins, solve product problems, and provide excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

Perform field calls for assigned territory, including on-call and OR/ER consultation.

Cross-sell additional products and manage new product introductions.

Address any issues that arise with assigned accounts.

Support compliance and uphold ethical standards, including confidentiality and reporting noncompliance.

Coach, train, or mentor Sales Associates as needed.

Maintain up-to-date training in sales skills and products.

Stay current on industry, customer, and competitive trends.

Participate in sales meetings and professional association meetings outside regular business hours when required.

Qualifications

5+ years in an outside sales position (medical or B2B preferred) or a bachelor’s degree from an accredited university with at least 2+ years of outside sales experience.

Travel Requirements

Approximately 20% travel; must have a valid driver’s license and be able to drive an automobile.

Physical, Mental, and Coordination Requirements

Work may require exerting up to 50 pounds of force occasionally or 20 pounds constantly.

Requires coordination of eye, hand, foot movements and cognitive tasks including visual/auditory discrimination, reading, and memory.

Exercise discretion, independence, and strong interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills.

Manage time, projects, stress, conflict, and prioritize work with minimal supervision.

Maintain detailed, confidential records and present to large groups.

Uphold unwavering ethics and integrity.
