Overview
Director, US Institutional Sales - Digital Assets (Remote) at Keyrock. The role focuses on expanding Keyrock’s institutional client base in the North America region. Reporting to the Head of Institutional Sales, you will spearhead strategic initiatives with institutional clients to grow regional revenues through OTX spot trading, financing, and derivative products including options, futures, and structured products. Responsibilities
Implement the sales strategy for OTC spot, derivatives, and structured products; expand financing portfolio with institutional clients. Identify and qualify high-value leads based on strategic fit, revenue potential, and market alignment. Drive end-to-end sales processes from prospecting to deal closure, with support from the Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) and Head of Institutional Sales, ensuring alignment with Keyrock’s institutional sales objectives. Build and maintain trusted, long-term client relationships; deliver tailored investment and financing solutions. Act as the primary point of contact, ensuring seamless communication and high client satisfaction. Proactively address client challenges, leveraging internal teams to resolve issues and strengthen partnerships. Collaborate with trading, product, and technology teams to design bespoke solutions involving derivatives and structured products; identify opportunities for cross-selling. Stay ahead of industry trends, regulatory developments, and blockchain innovations to keep offerings competitive. Develop risk-return models to support strategic recommendations and decision-making; provide actionable insights to internal stakeholders. Work with Corporate and Institutional Sales teams and cross-functional partners to ensure seamless delivery of investment and financing solutions; represent Keyrock at industry events and conferences. Background And Experience
7+ years of experience in institutional sales within financial services, with at least 2+ years in digital assets sales. Extensive knowledge of OTC sales & trading, financing and derivatives (options, futures, structured products) and blockchain ecosystems. Proven track record as an Individual Contributor engaging with VCs, hedge funds and/or private wealth, and closing complex deals. Strong institutional network in both crypto and traditional finance sectors. Familiarity with trading concepts, market-making algorithms, and financial analysis tools. Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, engineering, or related field; advanced degrees or certifications (e.g., CFA, FRM) are a plus.
