Overview This is a remote role primarily based in the Western region of the United States, including states such as California and Texas.

Responsibilities

Formulate and execute the business plan for the assigned sales region, with a focus on achieving and exceeding targets.

Take ownership of meeting the sales and business development goals for the region over a short-term (18-month rolling) period, including managing pricing strategies.

Develop and expand the sales territory by targeting potential companies and engaging technical decision-makers to create new opportunities.

Lead business intelligence efforts, including monitoring competitor activities, evaluating pricing strategies, analyzing market trends, and understanding industry segment behaviors.

Manage and enhance relationships with independent sales representatives within the territory to optimize sales outcomes.

Proactively follow up on leads and convert them into long-term customers.

This role involves up to 50% travel, predominantly within the Western region of the US.

The position is primarily remote but should be professionally based in the Western US, ideally in locations like California or Texas.

Qualifications

Demonstrated success in achieving quota and forecasting.

Strong business and financial understanding.

Excellent relationship-building skills.

Experience in engineering, technical sales, OEM sales, client management, and contract negotiation.

Metrics-driven with strong computer proficiency, especially in Microsoft Dynamics.

Over 6 years of proven experience in high-value sales management, particularly within the US market.

Strategic thinker with a proactive, go-getter attitude towards business growth.

Capable of making effective decisions even amidst uncertainty, with a strong customer-centric approach.

A collaborative team player with robust leadership skills.

Innovative, entrepreneurial, and self-motivated, with a professional approach centered on building trust through effective communication.

Strong proficiency in business English and technical aptitude.

Educational background in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Chemical Engineering, or relevant experience in industrial heating, electrification, or the semiconductor sectors is highly advantageous.

A valid driver’s license is required for this role.
