Territory Account Manager – West Territory

How You’ll Help Us Connect The World We’re searching for a Territory Account Manager to strategically manage our business for the West territory. This critical role drives revenue, increases market share, develops strong customer and partner relationships, and discovers new business opportunities. You will execute the sales go‑to‑market strategy and partner with channel partners to apply a hands‑on approach to driving sales and channel functions. Candidate residence within the territory is required, and the Nevada or Arizona area is highly preferred.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the full sales cycle for assigned accounts, applying consultative and value‑selling techniques.
Develop and execute a territory account plan that includes working with partners, internal specialists, and channel partners to increase win rate.
Establish professional relationships (up to the executive level) with clients and prospects to understand unique business needs.
Prospect and nurture growth opportunities using the account planning process; actively manage planning process through scheduled reviews and updates.
Conduct prospecting, qualification, solution selling, and close of complex networking, wireless, and IT solutions.
Maintain accurate Territory Sales Forecasts, sales hygiene, and KPI tracking throughout the sales cycle.
Required Qualifications
5+ years of proven track record in technical sales or a related field.
Technical aptitude of IP networking, wireless products, software solutions, and service offerings as well as competitive offerings.
Experience presenting technical solutions to technical and non‑technical audiences including C‑level executives in small and large group settings.
Proficient understanding of MEDDICC and Salesforce forecast methodologies.
Fluency in English is a must.
A positive track record of delivering and overachieving revenue goals.
A proven self‑starter who is open to coaching and mentoring.
Compensation & Benefits Base salary range $150,000 – $250,000. Compensation includes qualified base salary and commission packages. Additional benefits include medical, dental, vision, life and accidental death insurance, a 401(k) plan, participation in the Company Incentive Plan, eleven paid holidays, two weeks of paid vacation, and other leave options.
