Job Summary Consumer Cellular is adding to our team of incredible relationship builders, conversation havers, and wireless technology lovers. The Retail Wireless Sales Specialist works directly with customers, listening to their needs and ensuring we provide a product‑based solution. This role is focused on delivering a world‑class experience, where customers leave with a smile and a working phone.
Salary & Hours Pay: $17.50–$18.50 / hr + uncapped commission. Full‑time (30–39 hrs per week, average 35 hrs).

Brand Ambassador
– Ensure the store is comfortable, welcoming, and always ready for guests. Bring your authentic self to reflect our core value: Happy Employees make Happy Customers.
Relationship Builder
– Build relationships with guests, team members, and leadership. Be an active listener, solution finder, and conversation initiator.
Product & Services Enthusiast
– Receive training on our products and services and translate technology into real‑world conversations.
Account Management
– Set and be available for guest appointments. Investigate and solve account issues, determining the best plans and offers for each guest. Document customer accounts with relevant notes.
What You Need To Win In This Role
Education & Experience
High‑school diploma or equivalent.
At least 6 months of customer‑service experience in a retail setting; wireless industry experience is a plus.
POS system operation and accurate transaction handling.
Proficient with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Positive attitude and customer‑centric mindset.
Schedule & Attendance
Flexibility, including weekends.
Store open 6–7 days a week, 9:00 am–6:00 pm hours varying.
Physical Requirements
Ability to bend, stoop, reach, twist, lift, push, pull, walk, stand, and move items for 6–8 hrs per shift.
Assist customers, maneuver merchandise, and maintain a clean, safe store environment.
