Job Summary We are currently looking to build a team of incredible relationship builders, conversation havers, and wireless technology gurus. A key member of this team is our Senior Wireless Sales Expert who is responsible for supervising the customer experience and helping to remove any obstacles for our employees and guests. The Senior Wireless Sales Expert is technology savvy, sales-focused, and laser-focused on guest satisfaction.
Responsibilities
Brand Ambassador – Ensure the center is comfortable, welcoming, and always open for our guests. Encourage authentic self and align with Core Value of Happy Employee & Happy Customer.
Relationship Builder – Build relationships with guests, team members, and field leadership. Act as active listener, solution-finder, and conversation initiator.
Product and Services Expert – Receive world-class training and translate technology into real-world conversations. Explain SIM cards clearly and attend meetings, training, and connections.
Obstacle Remover – Decision‑maker who helps customers get everything they need and ensures the team has necessary tools and resources. In escalations, exceptions, or technology troubles, act as the expert who can make someone’s day with knowledge and solution‑focused delivery.
Qualifications
Education and Skills:
High school diploma or equivalent – required.
At least 2 years of retail management (keyholder) experience, including customer interaction, preferably in beauty or phone providers.
At least 1 year of Sales and Customer Service experience in the wireless industry.
Experience operating a POS system and ensuring accurate transactions.
Proficient with MS Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Schedule and Attendance:
Retail store open six to seven days a week. Hours vary between 9 am to 6 pm most days. Commitment to work‑life balance.
Physical Requirements:
Ability to bend, stoop, reach, twist, lift, push, pull, walk, stand, and move items. Stand for periods of 6‑8 hours.
Move around store to assist customers and maneuver merchandise as needed.
Light cleaning duties: dust shelves, clean counters, empty garbage cans, and maintain guest‑ready store appearance.

Pay & Benefits Data (in accordance with the Equal Pay and Opportunities Act)
Minimum Salary: $42,000
Maximum Salary: $52,500
The base salary range is based on current national data. Minimums and maximums may vary by location. Individual pay is based on skills, experience and other factors. Our Talent Acquisition team can answer additional questions during the selection process.
