About the Role Everlaw is seeking an experienced Strategic Account Executive who will demonstrate our company values of attention to detail, setting your own bar, egoless communication and respect for customers and partners. The Strategic Account Executive is responsible for expanding Everlaw’s footprint into existing Everlaw customers, focusing on identifying and closing expansion opportunities and working closely with Customer Success to manage accounts in the AmLaw 200 domain. This role is a full‑time, exempt position based in one of our United States‑based offices in New York, NY, Washington DC or Oakland, CA (hybrid schedule).

Getting Started

Onboarding : Early integration through product, policies, processes, and team orientation.

Learning & Development : Annual stipend and ongoing training from the Sales Enablement team.

In Your Role, You’ll…

Drive strategic customer utilization and revenue growth across a targeted list of AmLaw customers.

Communicate externally with senior legal professionals, managing partners, attorneys, CIOs and other personas about ediscovery, AI/GAI, content management, workflow and collaboration needs.

Develop and present territory, opportunity, expansion and marketing plans to senior leadership.

Lead sophisticated sales cycles from qualification through demo to close.

Collaborate with Customer Success Managers, Solution Architects, Value Engineering leads, other Account Executives, Sales Development Reps, Legal, Finance, Deal Desk and Sales Directors to meet and exceed quota and sales targets.

Continuous learning: gain certifications, deepen product knowledge and present value to customers.

Execute demand generation campaigns with the marketing team.

Stay current on competitive landscape and Everlaw differentiators.

Leverage the sales tech stack (Salesforce, Nooks, GONG, Glean, SalesNavigator, ZoomInfo).

About You

Track record of selling SaaS platforms and legal solutions in new and existing accounts.

Curiosity about emerging technologies.

8+ years of quota‑carrying experience in SaaS sales.

Experience navigating complex business sales processes.

Self‑motivated and goal‑driven.

Willingness to travel across the United States.

Strong presentation and needs‑analysis skills.

Team player in a fast‑paced, independent environment.

Authorized to work in the United States; not sponsoring visas.

Compensation & Benefits

On‑target earnings of approximately $350,000 with a $175,000 base salary (subject to change).
