Country Sales Manager for Poland

to strengthen TRELO’s presence, grow our customer base, and increase service usage in our European workshops. This is a

hunter-type

position with strong autonomy and responsibility for revenue growth in the Polish market. What do we expect from you?

Proven B2B sales experience (transport, logistics, truck service or related industry preferred). Strong communication and negotiation skills. Confidence in cold outreach and active sales (hunter mindset). Ability to work independently, manage your own region and priorities. Fluent in Polish, English - good working level. Driving license B. Basic understanding of truck service areas (brakes, tyres, diagnostics, repairs) is a strong advantage. What will be your key responsibilities?

Identify and target transport companies across Poland. Perform prospecting, cold outreach and lead qualification. Organize

meetings with fleet managers. Present TRELO’s service offering and prepare tailored proposals. Convert new customers and secure initial service jobs. Regular communication with new and existing clients. Understand customer needs and offer the right service solutions. Increase usage of TRELO workshops across the EU network. Promote maintenance, repair, diagnostics and roadside support services. Report directly to TRELO HQ in Vilnius (weekly KPIs, sales results, pipeline status, market insights). Work daily in CRM: meetings, opportunities, pipeline management and closing. Provide regular customer feedback and competitor intelligence to support strategic decisions. What is our offer?
