We’re adding

3–5 commission-based closers/AEs

to the internal team at Closer Launch. These will be in-person roles based in Utah Valley.

About the role

Commission-only

Full‑time availability required

Handle warm, qualified inbound calls generated through our pay‑per‑lead system

Close deals on behalf of multiple clients with established offers

Follow a standardized sales process, reporting structure, and daily performance review

Participate in daily in‑person training, call breakdowns, and sales operations meetings

About our model

We generate leads for clients on a pay‑per‑lead basis

Clients cover their own ad spend

Our team handles both the marketing and the sales side internally

Reps receive consistent booked calls instead of sourcing their own opportunities

Compensation is tied directly to revenue collected

Built for companies with real demand—not early‑stage beginners

Our goal is full pipeline control from lead generation → booked calls → sales → sales operations

About Closer Launch

Performance‑based revenue agency

Internal marketing, internal sales, internal rep development

Data‑driven processes, tracking, and accountability

Focus on predictable growth systems for service businesses

Team includes marketing (Connor), sales reps (in‑house), client success (Colton), and operations/leadership

Who I’m specifically looking for

Hungry and proactive

— willing to put in volume, learn fast, and adapt

Competitive and ambitious

with goals larger than a typical closer role

Local to Utah Valley

(Vineyard, Orem, Provo, Lehi, AF) and able to meet in person

Coachable

— willing to run a proven process rather than reinventing one

High integrity

— reliable follow-through, consistent communication

Comfortable with commission‑only compensation

and motivated by upside

Wants to grow into leadership

as we build out a larger internal team over the next year

This team will play a central role in scaling Closer Launch’s internal revenue engine.
