About This Role At Consumer Cellular, we are redefining retail by building genuine relationships with customers. As a Retail Wireless Sales Specialist, you will listen to customer needs, present product‑based solutions, and deliver a world‑class experience that leaves guests smiling and walking out with a working phone.
Salary and Hours $17‑$19 per hour plus uncapped commission. The position is modified full‑time, with a typical range of 30‑39 hours per week (average 35 hours).
Key Responsibilities
Brand Ambassador – Keep the store welcoming, comfortable, and always open for guests.
Relationship Builder – Build and maintain relationships with guests, team members, and field leadership.
Product and Services Enthusiast – Translate technology into real‑world conversations and stay up‑to‑date on products and services.
Account Management – Set guest appointments, investigate account issues, determine the best plans and offers, and document all relevant notes.
What You Need
Education and Skills
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Positive attitude and customer‑first mindset.
Minimum 6 months of retail customer service experience; wireless experience a plus.
Experience operating a POS system and ensuring accurate transactions.
Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Schedule and Attendance
Flexibility, including weekends.
Store open 6‑7 days a week, hours 9:00 am‑6:00 pm most days.
Physical Requirements
Ability to bend, stoop, reach, twist, lift, pull, walk, stand, and move items for 6‑8 hours.
Move around the store, assist customers, and maneuver merchandise when necessary.
Regular store cleaning, including display cases and shelves.

Minimum Salary: $36,750
Maximum Salary: $46,200
