New Business Account Executive – Established Insurance Agency – Base Salary to $55k per year – Lisle, IL
Our client, an established insurance agency, is seeking a New Business Account Executive to join their team in Lisle, IL. In this role, the New Business Account Executive will support the delivery of insurance solutions to professional services firms, including legal and accounting practices.
Preferred qualifications and expectations:
Strong communication skills, attention to detail, professionalism, and the ability to learn quickly. Applicants should bring 2+ years of office experience, outbound sales experience, and the ability to obtain an Illinois P&C license. This is a hybrid opportunity with 3 days in the office and 2 days remote.
Responsibilities:
Solicit professional lines (lawyers and accountants) prospects and pitch insurance offerings from provided leads.
Perform light underwriting duties associated with the sales process.
Handle policy, system, and payment questions throughout the sales process.
Manage account maintenance including policy updates, renewals, marketing, and endorsements.
Qualifications:
IL Property & Casualty (P&C) license or ability to obtain.
2+ years of outbound sales experience.
Experience with CRM systems or similar platforms.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
Ability to manage a large prospect pool.
Compensation:
Base salary up to $55,000 per year plus commission opportunity.
