Compensation Package
Base Salary : $45,000 to $55,000 (flexible for exceptional candidates)
Commission : Monthly structure based on production ranging from 2% to 12% of revenue
Top performers have earned over $40,000 annually in commission
Average performers earn approximately $24,000 annually in commission

Responsibilities
Conduct high‑volume outbound phone calls to solicit prospects and generate new business.
Manage a large pipeline of prospects and adhere to a structured sales process.
Handle policy system and payment inquiries throughout the sales process.
Coordinate with marketing for campaigns and leads generated via social media, email and bar association events.
Assist in marketing and branding efforts for the program and company.
Perform light underwriting tasks tied to new business sales.
Build and maintain relationships with decision‑makers at professional services firms including firm owners, partners and practice managers.
Qualifications/Requirements
Experience :
Minimum of 2 years of professional office experience and outbound sales (preferred).
Proven hunter mentality with comfort in high outbound call volumes.
Experience managing a large prospect pool and following a defined sales process.
Familiarity with professional services firms (lawyers and accountants) is a plus.
Licensure :
Illinois Property & Casualty (P&C) license or ability to obtain within a reasonable timeframe.
Skills :
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and internal policy/CRM systems.
Ability to perform light underwriting within the sales process.
Location :
Must reside in Lisle, Illinois or within a 3,545‑minute commute.
