Full-time – Exempt Compensation:

$72–$95k salary + 20% bonus + commission incentive. Total potential: $86–$114k plus incentives.

Account Management (50%)

Build and maintain close relationships with accounts in the territory, providing highest customer support.

Manage and maintain the account database and act as the customer service liaison.

Attend seasonal sales meetings & retreats.

Support other sales reps with event coverage in other regions.

Coordinate with customer service and marketing teams for quick responses to maintain seamless operations.

Ensure sales targets and tournament goals are met sustainably.

Ensure KJUS product at POS appears premium and well‑branded.

Account Development (50%)

Seek new distribution opportunities with viable clients aligned to the KJUS brand, in collaboration with the Western US Sales Manager and leadership.

Execute seeding program per KJUS guidelines.

Plan, execute, and attend customer and retail events (trunk shows, tournaments, in‑store selling).

Represent brand at ski events and retail partner locations to increase brand awareness and account growth.

Provide regular feedback to the US Sales Manager with weekly calls, planning discussions, and activity reports.

Conduct account analysis to support digital order proposals and tournament sales.

Manage territory for seasonal sell‑in and in‑season support for both golf & ski partners.

Attend tradeshows to introduce seasonal lines and assist with merchandising and purchasing decisions.

Prepare and host product knowledge trainings for accounts.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree preferred.

Minimum 3 years’ experience in sales or a professional business environment.

Strong relationship‑building and maintenance skills.

ERP/SAP experience.

RepSpark experience preferred.

Ability to sit or stand for extended periods, occasional lifting, and frequent travel.

Proficient computer skills (MS Office, Outlook).

Passion for outdoor sports industry.
