Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain strong relationships with sawmills, wholesale distributors, and end‑use customers across the lumber and timber markets.
Source lumber products that meet client specifications for grade, species, volume, and delivery timelines.
Negotiate pricing, contracts, freight logistics, and terms to maximize profitability while ensuring customer satisfaction.
Monitor market trends, supply chain shifts, and regional timber dynamics to anticipate opportunities and guide sales strategy.
Expand the company’s supplier and customer network through proactive outreach and relationship building.
Provide accurate and timely reporting of sales activity, inventory needs, and market intelligence.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment, quality control, and problem resolution.

Qualifications
Minimum 2 years of lumber brokerage or related timber industry experience.
Strong understanding of lumber grades, species, pricing structures, and market cycles.
