We’re scaling fast—and we need a Sales Team Leader to show the way, guide and inspire our growing sales team to achieve ambitious goals.

What will you do?
Lead & Inspire : Lead by example a team of 3 Account Executives and 1 Account Manager, fostering a culture of collaboration, performance, and growth.
Translate Strategy : Refine and execute sales strategies to expand our presence in key markets (Flemish & French‑speaking regions).
Monitor Performance : Set clear targets, track KPIs, and ensure the team consistently meets and exceeds objectives.
Develop Talent : Mentor team members, provide feedback, and support their professional development.
Collaborate Cross‑Functionally : Work closely with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success to align efforts and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
Represent Restomax : Be a visible leader at events, trade shows, and networking opportunities.

Your Background
4–6 years of experience in Sales, including a first successful experience in a leadership role.
Proven track record in B2B SaaS or tech‑driven environments; an experience in the Horeca business is a plus
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Experience with CRM tools (Odoo, Salesforce, or HubSpot).
Fluent in French and Dutch, comfortable in English.
