10 hrs/day MonThurs, 9 hrs Fri, and occasional Saturdays (6 hrs) as needed Pay: $19/hr
Job Summary
Trinity Employment Specialists is seeking
reliable Panel Production Workers
for a full-time temporary assignment with a respected industrial manufacturing partner. This hands-on role involves operating production equipment, assembling steel-laminated panels, and ensuring product quality that meets strict government specifications. Candidates must be dependable, detail-oriented, and committed to maintaining a safe work environment.
Key Responsibilities
Operate machinery to produce panels of various sizes and specifications Feed 3/4" particle board through a glue-applicating machine Adhere steel sheets (28 or 26 gauge) to both sides of the particle board Stack completed panels (1020 per stack) Load stacks into a hydraulic/air press to bond materials securely Remove stacks from press and clean edges of any residual adhesive Move completed stacks to designated storage locations Maintain a strong focus on safety while working around large industrial equipment Follow precise quality standards to meet government facility requirements Communicate with supervisors and team members to ensure efficient workflow Requirements
Ability to work
10-hour shifts MondayThursday ,
9 hours on Friday , and occasional
Saturday shifts (6 hours) Strong

and ability to follow exact specifications Must be
safety-conscious
and able to work around large, potentially hazardous machinery Glue applicator includes heavy rollers Hydraulically powered material stands Hydraulic/air press equipment Must wear
steel-toed boots or shoes
at all times Must be able to lift and move heavy materials Individual panels weigh approx.
171 lbs Stacks of 10 weigh approx.
1,710 lbs Stacks of 20 weigh approx.
3,410 lbs Forklift experience is a plus; onsite forklift evaluation and temporary certification can be provided Must be willing to meet onsite with supervisory staff before placement to review job duties and confirm fit What Were Looking For
