in English/Portuguese

Responsibilities
Complete USCIS Forms for Attorney Review
Provide draft cover letters, affidavits and other documents as req.
Monitor your client case files daily for forwarding progress, including meeting with clients
Conduct immigration client intake, interviews, and declarations
Coordinate work related to USCIS, DOL, and related agencies
Answer questions and provide accurate information to clients to help them be less anxious about their process
Update our policies and procedures, and workflow manuals
Assist with training new legal assistants
Respond to emails, clio messages and all other client communications in a timely fashion
Monday - Friday 9:00-5:00PM
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $40,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
