Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick products based on customer orders using RF scanners.
- Verify product information and quantities to ensure accuracy.
- Package items safely and efficiently for outgoing shipments.
- Maintain a clean and organized work station.
- Adhere to all safety procedures and wear required PPE at all times.
- Meet established productivity and quality standards.
- Assist with inventory checks and stock replenishment.
- Operate pallet jacks and other warehouse equipment safely.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve common goals.
- Contribute to a positive and safe warehouse environment.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED.
- Previous order picking experience is a plus.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Capability for frequent lifting of items up to 50 lbs.
- Familiarity with RF scanners is beneficial.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Team player with good communication skills.
- Willingness to work flexible schedules, including overtime.
- Commitment to following safety regulations and PPE guidelines.
