Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick customer orders using RF scanners and pick lists.
- Identify and retrieve the correct items and quantities from warehouse shelves.
- Verify product codes and descriptions to ensure order accuracy.
- Safely operate pallet jacks and other material handling equipment as needed.
- Stage picked items in the designated packing or shipping areas.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Follow all company Safety protocols and procedures, including the proper use of PPE.
- Participate in inventory checks and cycle counts to ensure accuracy.
- Meet or exceed established productivity and accuracy targets.
- Perform other warehouse tasks as assigned by supervisors to support logistics operations.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as an Order Picker or in a similar warehouse role is preferred.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including continuous standing, walking, bending, and Lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Familiarity with RF scanners and warehouse management systems (WMS) is a plus.
- Strong work ethic and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Commitment to workplace Safety and adherence to all regulations.
- Must be able to wear and utilize appropriate PPE.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
