Job Summary:
Join our dynamic warehouse team as an Order Picker in Jacksonville, Florida! Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick customer orders using RF scanners and pick lists.
- Verify that picked items match order requirements (product and quantity).
- Place picked items in appropriate containers or on pallets for transport to packing/shipping.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Operate pallet jacks and other warehouse equipment as needed.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, with a strong focus on Safety and the correct use of PPE .
- Participate in inventory cycle counts as required.
- Perform regular physical tasks including bending, reaching, and frequent Lifting of items up to 50 lbs.
- Support overall warehouse Logistics by ensuring timely and accurate order fulfillment.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience as an Order Picker or in a warehouse environment is preferred.
- Ability to read and understand pick lists and product labels.
- Proficiency with RF scanning equipment is a plus.
- Demonstrated ability to perform physical tasks, including frequent Lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Understanding of basic warehouse operations and Logistics .
- Commitment to workplace Safety and adherence to PPE requirements.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
