Order Picker

Job Summary:

Responsibilities:

• Accurately pick customer orders using an RF scanner or pick list.
• Locate products within the warehouse efficiently.
• Verify product codes and quantities to ensure order accuracy.
• Pack orders securely and safely for shipment.
• Stage orders for outbound shipping.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Adhere to all safety procedures and wear appropriate PPE at all times.
• Participate in inventory counts and checks.
• Operate pallet jacks and other material handling equipment as needed.
• Be prepared for frequent lifting and moving of products.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous warehouse or order picking experience is a plus.
• Ability to read and understand product labels and order forms.
• Basic math skills for quantity verification.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Must be able to stand, walk, bend, and reach for extended periods.
• Must be capable of lifting and moving items up to 40 lbs regularly.
• Understanding of basic logistics principles is beneficial.
