Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and efficient Order Picker to join our dynamic logistics team in Los Angeles, California. As an Order Picker, you will be responsible for accurately and efficiently picking customer orders from warehouse shelves and preparing them for shipment. This role is crucial to our operations, ensuring that our customers receive the correct items in a timely manner. You will work with a variety of products, utilizing scanning technology to track inventory and order progress. Attention to detail is paramount, as is the ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. We emphasize safety in all aspects of our warehouse operations. This position requires physical stamina and a commitment to following all safety protocols.
Responsibilities:
  • Accurately pick customer orders using an RF scanner or pick list.
  • Locate products efficiently within the warehouse.
  • Verify picked items against order details to ensure accuracy.
  • Package items securely for shipment, as needed.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area.
  • Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures, including the proper use of PPE.
  • Participate in inventory counts and checks.
  • Communicate any stock discrepancies or issues to a supervisor.

Qualifications:
  • Previous warehouse or order picking experience preferred but not required.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Basic reading and math skills.
  • Ability to work in a physically demanding role.
  • Familiarity with warehouse equipment is a plus.
  • Understanding of logistics and supply chain principles is beneficial.
  • Commitment to workplace safety.
