Order Picker

Job Summary:
Join our thriving logistics operation in Dallas, Texas, as an Order Picker! We are seeking motivated individuals who can accurately and efficiently pick items to fulfill customer orders. This role is the heart of our distribution process, ensuring that the right products get to the right place on time. You will work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, utilizing various tools and technologies to locate, select, and prepare orders for packing and shipping. A keen eye for detail, physical agility, and a dedication to safety are essential for success in this position.
Responsibilities:

• Accurately pick products from warehouse shelves based on order tickets or scanner information.
• Efficiently pack items into boxes or containers, ensuring they are protected for shipment.
• Verify picked items against order details to ensure accuracy.
• Operate equipment such as pallet jacks and order pickers safely.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures, with a strong focus on workplace Safety .
• Wear appropriate PPE , such as safety shoes and gloves, as required.
• Meet or exceed established productivity goals.
• Assist with inventory counts and stock replenishment.
• Perform duties involving some Lifting and moving of goods.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED.
• Previous experience as an Order Picker or in a warehouse environment is advantageous.
• Ability to read and interpret order tickets and product labels.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting.
• Comfortable with frequent walking, standing, bending, and reaching.
• Ability to perform Lifting of up to 50 lbs.
• Understanding of warehouse operations and Logistics .
• Team player with good communication skills.
• Commitment to safety procedures.
