Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick items from warehouse locations as per order specifications.
- Use RF scanning devices to track inventory and confirm picks.
- Transport picked items to the packing station.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Adhere to all warehouse safety regulations and wear required PPE.
- Participate in inventory cycle counts.
- Communicate any stock discrepancies or issues to supervisors.
- Meet established productivity goals for order picking.
- Handle products with care to prevent damage.
Qualifications:
- Previous order picking or warehouse experience is a plus.
- Ability to walk, stand, and bend throughout the shift.
- Must be able to lift up to 40 pounds.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Basic reading and comprehension skills.
