Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick products from warehouse locations based on order tickets and RF scanner data.
- Verify picked items against order details to ensure accuracy.
- Package orders securely and efficiently for shipment.
- Operate material handling equipment, such as pallet jacks, safely.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, contributing to overall warehouse efficiency.
- Adhere to all company safety guidelines, including the mandatory use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Meet productivity goals for order picking and packing.
- Report any inventory discrepancies or damages to supervisors.
- Assist in receiving and stocking duties as needed.
- Support the overall logistics and fulfillment process.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience as an order picker or in a similar warehouse role is preferred.
- Ability to read and interpret pick lists and labels.
- Experience with RF scanners is a plus.
- Good hand-eye coordination and attention to detail.
- Ability to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods.
- Must be capable of frequent lifting of items up to 30-50 lbs and applying safe lifting techniques.
- Team-oriented with good communication skills.
- Commitment to workplace safety and following all PPE requirements.
