POSITION OVERVIEW:

The Director of Nursing will be responsible for:

• Overseeing the overall quality of care throughout the facility.
• Leading, developing, and motivating a team-oriented nursing staff .
• Ensuring full compliance with Federal, State, and Department of Health (DOH) regulations.
• Fostering a supportive and collaborative work environment with the backing of a strong and experienced management team.

IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE:

• Must have several years of nursing leadership experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) setting.
• A proven track record of nursing team development and mentorship .
• In-depth understanding of clinical operations , regulatory compliance .
• Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills .
• Active NY RN license
