Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily nursing operations and ensure compliance with state, federal, and company policies.
- Manage, mentor, and develop nursing staff to promote a positive and efficient care environment.
- Coordinate and participate in quality assurance initiatives and resident care planning.
- Collaborate with physicians, family members, and facility leadership to ensure optimal outcomes.
- Drive staff education, regulatory compliance, and survey readiness.
Qualifications:
- Current RN license in the state of Massachusetts, in good standing.
- Minimum 3-5 years of nursing leadership experience in a SNF or long-term care setting.
- Proven track record in managing staff, quality improvement, and regulatory compliance.
- Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
- Passion for resident-centered care and team development.
