Complete Care at Holiday City is seeking a Director of Nursing (DON) to join our leadership team and guide our clinical operations with compassion, integrity, and excellence. We are a 180-bed skilled nursing facility located in Toms River, NJ , proudly serving our residents and community with a focus on quality outcomes and person-centered care.

As part of the Complete Care Management network, you’ll be supported by a strong regional clinical and operational team, as well as a company culture that prioritizes collaboration, professional growth, and clinical excellence.

Responsibilities:

• Provide leadership and direction for all nursing department functions.
• Ensure high standards of care, regulatory compliance, and clinical quality.
• Recruit, train, and mentor nursing staff to maintain a positive and motivated team culture.
• Oversee infection control, quality assurance, and resident care planning.
• Collaborate closely with the Administrator and interdisciplinary team to enhance resident outcomes.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with all state and federal guidelines.

Qualifications:

• Current RN license in the state of New Jersey (required).
• Prior experience as a Director of Nursing or Assistant Director of Nursing in a skilled nursing facility.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of state and federal long-term care regulations.
• Passion for building a supportive and high-performing clinical team.
