Build rapport with the customer to understand their organizational needs. Walk through the home to assess opportunities. Educate customers on our products and services. Follow our Sales Training and utilize effective communication skills to assist residential customers with their home organization needs. Requirements No degree, certification, or sales experience is needed. Coachable candidates eager to learn. Growth mindset with willingness to complete 16‑week paid sales training. Reliable access to a motor vehicle, with a valid driver’s license and auto insurance. Ability to work in a business professional environment. Basic computer and math skills.
