Position Overview Position: Part-Time, 29 hours per week
Pay: $18.25 - $19.25/hour, up to 29 hours per week
Opportunity to convert to full time in the future
Bonus: Opportunity to earn up to $5,000 annually

Who We’re Looking For: Dedicated Professionals with Drive and Passion Chrysalis Health seeks enthusiastic, compassionate, and goal-oriented individuals to join our growing team. We are a leading provider of in-home and school-based behavioral healthcare, delivering clinical excellence to children, adolescents, adults, and families across Florida.
Position Responsibilities In this role, you will promote and develop Chrysalis Health programs and services, engaging with diverse community groups and working closely with internal departments to foster partnerships and expand outreach.
Responsibilities include: Developing and marketing Chrysalis Health programs and services
Networking with community leaders and presenting to diverse groups
Participating in field-based activities and community events (occasional evenings/weekends in Miami-Dade and nearby areas)
Performing administrative tasks and keeping a proactive approach to community engagement
Working independently with strong time management skills
Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in a mental health-related field is preferred but not required
Familiarity with community resources, schools, and childcare centers
Strong presentation skills, both in person and virtually
Computer proficiency, including internet, online applications, and email
Bilingual candidates encouraged to apply
