Develop monthly and quarterly sales roll-up reports, highlighting category trends, channel performance, and promotional effectiveness.
Support the Sales team with data-backed guidance on assortment, pricing, and distribution decisions.
Trade Marketing & Retail Execution Lead the development and execution of trade marketing strategies that drive awareness, conversion, and brand presence at retail. Manage all retail point-of-sale (POS) materials, displays, and fixtures — from concepting to production, distribution, and installation. Oversee shop-in-shop environments, ensuring they are best-in-class, on-brand, and aligned with global retail guidelines. Partner with global teams to adapt assets and maintain brand consistency across all retail touchpoints. Own retailer media planning and investment strategy, maximizing return across digital, print, and in-store channels. Build and manage annual co-op budgets, ensuring all spend is tracked, compliant, and delivering measurable impact. Collaborate with retailers on joint marketing programs, product launches, and seasonal campaigns. Evaluate post-campaign performance to optimize future spend and improve efficiency.
Cross-Functional Collaboration Work closely with Sales, Brand Marketing, Product, and Finance teams to align on strategic priorities. Provide insights on market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activity. Support new product launches with tailored retail activation plans and sales enablement tools.
Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field. 5+ years of experience in trade marketing, sales analysis, or retail marketing; consumer goods or juvenile products experience preferred. Strong analytical skills with expertise in Excel, reporting tools, and data visualization platforms. Experience managing POS production, retail displays, or shop-in-shop programs. Familiarity with retailer media networks and co-op marketing programs. Excellent communication, presentation, and project management skills. Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Comfortable working cross-functionally in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
Salary Range: 130K-140K
