We’re searching for a
Leasing Operations Manager
to lead daily leasing activity, support a dynamic on‑site team, and serve as the right hand to the Property Manager at a large, fast‑paced community. This is a hands‑on leadership role perfect for someone who blends organization, people skills, and a passion for great resident experiences.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Oversee day‑to‑day leasing operations and support the Leasing Consultant team
Manage
renewals, move‑ins/move‑outs, NTVs, addendums & CRM workflows
Coordinate
marketing initiatives
and help drive leasing momentum
Ensure
renters insurance compliance
and oversee
Section 8 processing
Handle leasing administration and assist with
scheduling and office oversight
Perform property walks and apartment checks to keep standards high
Serve as the
backup to the Property Manager
whenever needed
Maintain accurate documentation and resident records
Keep everything aligned with
Fair Housing and Delaware local/state regulations
What We’re Looking For:
3+ years of supervisory experience
in property management
3–5+ years
leasing or management experience (market‑rate communities)
Experience overseeing
200+ unit properties
Strong customer service mindset with a leadership edge
Comfortable working in
Yardi or similar property management systems
(Yardi = big plus!)
Organized multitasker who thrives in fast‑paced environments
Clear communicator — written & verbal confidence is a must
Proficiency with
Microsoft Office & Google Workspace
Valid driver’s license and Associate degree and industry certifications are preferred.
