We’re looking for a high-energy
Regional Leasing Manager
to take the lead on leasing performance and revenue strategy for a dynamic portfolio of
2,500 residential units across Pennsylvania and New Jersey . If you’re a proven property management leader with a passion for sales, team development, and market-driven strategy, this is an opportunity to make a major impact during a pivotal growth period.
This role plays a critical part in a
three-year portfolio renovation initiative , with
75% of the assets receiving premium, top-tier upgrades . As these communities transform into
Class A living experiences , we need a leader who can elevate leasing performance through every phase—maximizing revenue, enhancing resident satisfaction, and ensuring our teams are prepared for success.
What You’ll Lead Oversee leasing performance and drive revenue optimization across a
2,500-unit regional portfolio
in PA & NJ. Maintain occupancy and rent growth throughout multi-phase renovations by proactively managing sales strategies, minimizing disruptions, and showcasing new product value. Build and execute regional leasing, sales, and pricing strategies aligned with market conditions and organizational goals. Partner with Community Managers to review and approve applications. Conduct weekly reviews of cancellations, denials, and leasing pipeline health. Recruit, hire, and onboard top-tier leasing professionals to strengthen on-site teams. Collaborate with the Regional VP to set sales targets, incentive programs, and performance expectations. Mentor, coach, and motivate on-site leasing teams—elevating performance through training, accountability, and support. Stay ahead of market trends by monitoring competitor activity, demographic shifts, and local rental dynamics. Track weekly traffic and pricing trends, creating informed market rent recommendations. Analyze leasing data, generate monthly performance reports, and deliver insights to senior leadership. Partner with the Regional VP to execute creative marketing campaigns, outreach initiatives, and promotional strategies. Drive traffic generation, lease conversions, occupancy gains, and long-term resident retention. Build strong relationships with prospects, residents, and community partners. Support properties in planning resident events, engagement programming, and community outreach.
What You Bring Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Real Estate, or a related field (preferred). 5+ years of property management experience
with a strong focus on leasing strategy, sales performance, and revenue growth. 3+ years of regional or multi-site leadership
across large portfolios. A track record of boosting occupancy, driving rent growth, and improving leasing outcomes. Strong leadership presence with excellent communication, coaching, and organizational skills. Proficiency in property management platforms such as
Entrata, LRO, or EliseAI . Ability to travel throughout Pennsylvania and New Jersey as needed.
