About The Role

Manage day‑to‑day property operations: new construction, billing, tenant applications, reservations, utility billing, maintenance, and task delegation.

Enforce park rules, conduct regular inspections, and maintain clear communication with residents, staff, and management.

Fill vacancies, show spaces to prospective tenants, and manage rental activities.

Prioritize emergencies, enforce payment deadlines, issue late notices, and ensure projects are completed on time.

Hold weekly meetings with the home office to report progress, discuss upcoming projects, and align goals.

Staff Management

Manage a staff of 3 or more: scheduling, training, and performance evaluations.

Conduct daily meetings and walk‑throughs with maintenance staff across communities to review tasks.

Create detailed to‑do lists and follow up on completed work to maintain high‑quality standards.

Ensure properties and common areas are clean, functional, and well maintained.

About You

3+ years of property management experience, preferably at an RV or mobile home park.

Available for on‑call after‑hour emergencies.

Experienced in hiring, training, and leading a team.

Willing to attend online classes for certification in Arizona Mobile Home Laws.

Self‑motivated leader with strong management, phone, and organizational skills.

Proficient in Microsoft Word and Outlook.

Professional, courteous handling of inquiries, feedback, complaints, and concerns with timely follow‑up.

Open to learning business policies; treats residents as customers and takes pride in community maintenance.

Our Compensation

Salary: $55,000 – $75,000 per year (based on experience)

Housing: Free onsite housing

Utilities: $150/month toward utilities
