Overview of Position We’re seeking an experienced DigitalDemand Generation Manager to lead digital marketing efforts and drive global growth. You will ownperformance campaigns, marketing automation, lead generation, and campaignoptimization, particularly as we expand internationally.
Responsibilities may include but are not limited to:
Design,launch, and manage digital marketing campaigns across channels (search,display, social, paid media)
Operateand optimize HubSpot campaigns: email marketing, nurture flows, leadscoring, automation
Workcross-functionally with sales, product marketing, and content teams todevelop integrated demand strategies
Monitorcampaign performance and key metrics; analyze data to drive optimizationand scaling
Planand execute international/digital demand campaigns, adapting to localcontexts
ConductA/B testing, landing page optimization, and continuous performanceimprovements
Requirements Required Qualifications:
3–5+years of experience in demand generation, growth marketing, or digitalmarketing
Hands-onexperience with HubSpot or equivalent marketing automation platforms
Proventrack record running B2B campaigns in tech, SaaS, or related fields
Stronganalytical skills—ability to turn data into action
Experiencemanaging or scaling campaigns internationally is a plus
Self-motivated,results-oriented, and comfortable with ambiguity
