Role Overview We are seeking a driven, consultative

Account Executive

focused on selling our

medical record retrieval services

to personal injury law firms. This is a

fully remote

role responsible for generating new business, nurturing relationships, and closing deals with law firms across the U.S.

You will become a subject matter expert in our record retrieval solution, capable of leading initial conversations, running Zoom demos, and guiding prospects through the full sales cycle—from first contact to signed agreement.

This role is ideal for a self‑motivated sales professional who is comfortable working independently, thrives in a fast‑moving environment, and is excited by the opportunity to help law firms operate more efficiently. This role is considered a hunter role.

Key Responsibilities

Proactively prospect and engage personal injury law firms via phone, email, LinkedIn, and Zoom

Conduct discovery calls to understand firm workflows, record volume, and operational pain points

Present and demo our record retrieval solution, clearly communicating value, ROI, and workflow improvements

Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline; maintain accurate activity and opportunity data in the CRM

This position requires 60+ phone calls day

Collaborate with internal teams (operations, onboarding, marketing) to ensure a smooth transition from close to implementation

Attend

2-3 legal industry events per year

to network, generate leads, and deepen relationships with prospective and existing clients

Serve as a strategic partner to your accounts, identifying expansion opportunities and upselling additional services where appropriate

Maintain an objection log and continuously refine messaging based on market feedback

Qualifications

2+ years of successful B2B sales experience, preferably in:

Legal services

SaaS

Medical records / healthcare / legal support services

Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas

Strong consultative selling skills and the ability to communicate value, not just features

Comfortable leading Zoom presentations and virtual demos with decision‑makers

Exceptional verbal and written communication skills

Highly organized, self‑directed, and accountable in a remote environment

Preferred experience in HubSpot

Willingness to travel to

2-3 legal events annually

(conferences, trade shows, masterminds)

Earning Structure

This role offers a strong combination of steady hourly pay and long-term earning potential:

$31.25 per hour base rate •

Uncapped commissions , tied directly to the revenue you generate –

5% of revenue from your direct sales in Year 1 –

3% in Year 2 –

1% in Year 3

This structure allows high performers to build a compounding book of business and significantly increase their annual earnings over time.
