Role Description This is a full‑time hybrid role (in-person + virtual) for a Sales Representative located in Yuba City, CA. Responsibilities include driving sales through lead generation, running confirmed qualified sales appointments, customer outreach, and relationship building. The role involves meeting and exceeding sales goals, providing exceptional customer service, and acting as the main point of contact for potential and existing customers. The Sales Representative will also collaborate with internal teams to deliver customized energy solutions that meet customer needs. Ongoing product training and a customer‑first attitude will be key aspects of this role.
Qualifications
Proven experience in Sales, Business Development, and Customer Relationship Management
Strong Communication, Negotiation, and Persuasion skills
Ability to analyze market trends and customer needs to design effective sales strategies
Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools
Commitment to providing excellent customer service and ensuring client satisfaction
Self‑motivated, driven, goal‑oriented, and able to work both independently and as part of a team
Knowledge of solar energy or renewable energy systems is a strong advantage but not necessary
High school diploma or equivalent
